This one has been on my heart for awhile now.
Did you know weightloss and fat loss can be so easy and so difficult?
It’s so difficult that there are so many pills, wraps, cleanses, and diets to help us lose weight and fat.
So why then are people still finding it difficult to lose weight and fat?
Today’s Science Sunday article discusses a study that shows there’s not significant proof to show they work.
The trial follows over 4000 participants!!
Usually, these things “work” and have a following because most people who use these products alter their current diet, even if just a little bit.
For the most part people don’t need extra supplements unless their body is insufficient of said supplement. The only way to really be able to tell is to get blood work drawn.
Iron and Vitamin D are probably the most common.
The funny thing is, if we just altered our way if eating just the tiniest bit then most (not all because there’s always the exception to the rule) of us would achieve the same results.
You don’t have to eat 💯 all the time. It’s trial and error. It’s not giving up on yourself. It’s finding what works for you and not what worked for Tom, Sue, or Ellen. Maybe you need just one idea from each of them or maybe none. It’s about finding what makes you feel good and learning what makes you feel like complete shit.
It’s about finding your balance.
All the pills, wraps, shakes, and liquid gold in the world won’t get you where you want to be.
