As mom’s, we often put others first before ourselves. We’re busy with our kids, partners, friends… everyone but ourselves! As the saying goes, you can’t pour from an empty cup! We know that, yet we still can’t help ourselves, can we?
I’m here to help you work past that.
With just 30 minutes, 3-4 times a day, I can help you get more energy, decrease your aches and pains, gain back your confidence your postpartum body, and feel amazing in your own skin again.
Working out also helps minimize postpartum depression symptoms. It’s h.a.r.d. getting back to (or just starting) working out again. There’s the mom guilt. There’s the PPD that makes anything outside of survival mode feel so very difficult.
Whether you’re about to have your baby, just had your baby, or are 30 years postpartum, I have a plan for you.
We will complete an assessment to see where you’re at, if you have any of the common postnatal problems like leaking when coughing, sneezing, or laughing. What about diastisis recti? It looks like the “mom pooch” that I hear so many women complaining about, that no matter what they do they just cannot get rid of.
