I made a Facebook post earlier about one of my perspectives from being at home with my fiance, Joel… That I’ve no doubt we’ll be together forever since we haven’t killed each other yet.

I’m starting a newsletter series AND I’ve created an eBook for everyone who signs up!

This eBook, At-Home Survival Kit, is jam packed with information! It’s got some workouts, a few recipes, how to find balance and create your perfect day, making your home your sanctuary tips, free fun and game ideas for you and your family, and SO. MUCH. MORE.
The newsletters are just as much fun with even more in them for you. They start in May and include setting habits, snacking healthy, self-care guide, and, again, so much more!
The newsletters will also contain any specials, new eBooks, and offers I may have coming down the pipeline so it’s a good way to keep in touch and catch all the new things from me before they get posted here.
Finally, there are two things I am so grateful for with being home right now:
- Staying home with my baby (I’ve also learned I’d be good with being home with her part-time vs full-time. Major props to the SAHM!!!).
- Getting to work FULL-TIME on a business I am so passionate for! Helping other busy women gain their confidence, energy, and strength through fitness.
