Science Sunday 1st Ed.

My first Science Sunday because it’s not just about lifting weight and putting it down!

My goal with Science Sunday is to bring you all the facts for you to read yourself and make informed decisions for yourself.

As with all studies, read them but also remember that a lot of studies are geared toward the main topic and whomever is doing the funding of the research. You will find a dozen studies saying eating Ketogenic is the best way. You will also find a dozen studies saying it’s not healthy for anyone. You’ll find a dozen more saying eggs are good and bad for you. You should also take into consideration how long the study was conducted for and how many participants in the study. The longer the study and the more participants the better the results of the study and the more accurate it will be.

I’m just bringing you the research. Do with it what you will but you’ll at least have it at your fingertips and be able to make your own decisions and follow the research.

This first edition is from The Endocrine Society, from February 2020. It’s headline states, “People who eat a big breakfast may burn twice as many calories“. The gist of the article is that people should eat a higher calories breakfast over a large dinner. Dinner should be smaller in portions. This is supposed to help lose weight and prevent metabolic disease.

Here’s the whole article for your review.
